We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with complimentary drinks that added a thoughtful touch. Her dedication and personal care were truly exceptional — she not only arranged the transfer but also made sure to follow up directly with our next hotel. Service like this is rare and deeply appreciated. Definitely a place we’d love to return to!

The first impression of the property was clean. The koi pond as you walk in is very welcoming. The front desk staff was very helpful and courteous. Our room (a King) was so nice. The bed was one of the very best I have ever experienced at a hotel. The best thing was the water pressure. I know it sounds like a dumb thing to mention but it was so nice to take that nice shower after driving all day I think it was a definite "selling point" - we had a great stay!

The location of the hotel on the main road, however, I did not encounter any traffic jams and problems with both exit and entry. At the Venetian, the staff serves guests quickly and efficiently, and you have to wait only 2 minutes for special requests to be fulfilled. The room was large and spacious. Breakfast exceeded even my expectations - hot machine making Pancake and delicious coffee.

It was great place to stay. Sadly no ac but does have a box fan and the weather was amazing down there like always. Pool was great and the spa even better. The breakfast was really good just gotta get up early to get to the best variety to eat. The bed was super comfy. Everything was awesome and the workers are real nice and friendly. Overall great place to stay and I would go here again.
