The rooms are not bad, the bed is comfortable, the room has a microwave and a coffee machine. It is convenient that you can take a pet with you, for it there is an additional charge of $ 30, it is worth the money. Nearby is a bowling alley, open until midnight. The staff is pleasant and responsive.

The room was large, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was included and satisfactory. The location was excellent for access to Highway 1 to Carmel, Santa Cruz, or Salinas. It was a quiet and pleasant hotel with a pretty koi pond in the lobby.

The staff there was excellent and very welcoming. The breakfast was awesome with hot food, fruits, and pastries. The attendant in the morning was constantly checking up on things to see what needed to be restocked. I will definitely be back in the future when I'm in Monterey again.

The continental breakfast bar was nice. It had hard boiled eggs, breakfast sandwiches, bread, bagels, pastries, fruit, yogurt, pancakes, cereal, juices, and coffee.The server was friendly and kept the area and tables clean. The maids did a great job of cleaning. Our suite (room 109) was spacious. The front desk people were very courteous and efficient. The pool and hot tub were very clean.

The comfy bed, very clean room & bathroom (maid service did great job each day), considering times we are in, Breakfast was decent, cool Koi pond, nice pool, walking distance to good restaurants (there's an excellent one right next door) & stores. Parking not bad, just get in early. Safe neighborhood area, and friendly, helpful, hard working staff.

Comfortable, spacious and comfortable room. We especially like the secured elevator from the parking lots all the way to our room which really made moving of luggage very convenient. There is a pool and a fire place. Breakfast was decent although they did run out of the breakfast sandwich if you go late.

The staff was the best! We had a few small needs, and the breakfast attendant was amazing, she helped us out each time, and made sure that we had the information we needed. The cleaning staff is so friendly, always met with a smile.

Overall the experience was good. The presentation of our room was welcoming. Our room was near the street, so it was not quiet, but it was bearable. The front desk could be friendlier. Breakfast was great; they provided a few options, cereal, yogurt, toast, bagels, juice, coffee, and fruit.

It was a nice, large, comfortable room. Good value for the money. A nice restaurant (Monterey Cookhouse) next store with a really nice menu. Service was good, but could not check-in before 3pm. Some distance from the Aquarium.
